Aero not working in windows7

Aero is not working on windows 7. Can anyone help me out?

Click Start ->run ->Type Aero ->Find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects-> Next to launch the Aero troubleshooting wizard. This will try to identify and fix and issues. And if it won't, then install the recent driver for your graphics hardware.

Another fix:
Start->Run->REGEDIT->Navigate to the following key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM and make sure EnableAeroPeek is set to 1 instead of 0.
