If I right click on the Program Icons, which I have pinned to the Taskbar, the menu that pops up is framed very nicely. But when I right click on the Desktop, the menu is without frame.
I was wondering if it is possible to add Frames to all of Windows 7 right click menu.

What are you looking for - something more fancy than the box or shading? Shading is a registry setting.

The shading can be reinserted after disabling it through the Control Panel (icon view) - System - Advanced system settings->Click the "Advanced" tab->click on "performance" - "Settings"
You will see the item "Show shadows under windows"
