Cannot print files to HP J4580 in Windows 7

Cannot print files to HP J4580 in Windows 7

I have successfully installed windows7 but I am not able to print most files to my HP J4580. PDF files print successfully but not HTML, text, or Doc files. How to solve this issue?

Go to the website and check out what drivers they have available. Windows does not always supply most up to date drivers. You can also check device manager to see if the driver that you have is the most latest or not.

Uninstall your printer and try this driver
