I have installed Windows 7 on my system. I am not able to run cygwin on my system. Can you guys help me out?

Cygwin provides Unix-like environment and command line interface on Windows for running unix applications.. I have installed Windows 7 on my laptop. Since I am command liner that’s why I wanted to install Cywgin on my Windows 7 machine.
Go to cygwin site-->click on install or update now-->Runà install from Internet--> Select mirror ftp site.--> create icon on desktop.
