Here is the solution:
Delete WGALogon.dll and WGATray.exe

Start Button->Run->Type System32->
This command takes you to this path
C:\WINDOWS\system32,
Click on Show the contents of this folder to make files viewable

(2)Click Tools-> Folder Options->View->Click to unselect Hide extensions for known file types
(3)Rename WGALogon.dll to WGALogon1.dll
(4)Delete WGATray.exe, open Task Manager, and end its process in the Process tab
(5)Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and remove the application extension of WGALogon.dll, and rename WGALogon1.dll back to WGALogon.dll
(6)Restart your PC

Another method is to disable execution rights for WGALogon.dll

(1)Click on Tools-> Folder Options->View tab
(2)Right click WgaLogon.dll in C:\WINDOWS\system32 to open the Security Tab->Advanced button->Uncheck the Inherit box->Select Copy->OK
(3)Delete Read & Execute permission for WgaLogon.dll->OK and restart your computer

Download RemoveWGA to remove the WGA Notification tool. This will disable the WGA Notification tool and does not validate your copy of Windows.

If you only want to delete the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification, you can use System Restore to revert your Windows system back to the time before you installed the program.
Here are the steps on how to do a system restore:
(1)Start Button->Program->Accessories->System Tools -> choose System Restore
(2)Choose a restore point before the installation of Windows Genuine Advantage Notification and follow the System Restore wizard
