Fallout 3 Issues windows 7

I am trying Fallout 3 on my windows 7 system but having trouble getting this game to run. It loads up fine but then freezes and becomes unresponsive. Any idea to fix this issue.

In Windows Vista I had this problem and I fixed it by forcing Vertical sync (Vsync) on from the nvidia control panel.

Fallout 3, Call of Duty 4,and all latest games works in windows 7.You have to just update the directx files. DirectX 11 available for both windows Vista and Windows 7.

If you are running this game on windows 7, then this game will crash constantly if you don’t have the right video drivers. I am using nvidia 185.85 and it works fine.
