'Free' Windows 7 Upgrades might not be completely free

'Free' Windows 7 Upgrades might not be completely free

If you have bought a computer recently that promises for a free upgrade to windows 7, it is time to check if your upgrade is really for free. Well, it seems out that the upgrade might not be completely free. The Windows 7 upgrade itself will be free but the shipping and handling can come with a small cost.

Rather than always looking at things in a negative way, try to see the positive side.
1. you are still paying very less amount for Windows7
2. you can sell your vista cd
3. you are still much better than users that purchased pcs just days before this offer could not get win7

I think shelling out anywhere from $11-17 is not really that big amount for shipping and handling.

Perhaps users are getting a retail package of Microsoft Windows 7. Also, what shipping method will they use to send the upgrade? If it is next-day delivery, then this still looks pretty cheap.
