Halo slow on windows 7

I have recently downloaded Halo on windows 7 but it is very slow. Earlier I used to play this game on windows XP and it worked very fast.

Disable HDMI feature to fix halo issue

I suggest you to disable HDMI feature.

Open Device manager, rt-click on High definition Audio device->click driver (along the top) ->click 'disable'

To fix the issue you can also patch the game? If you see inside the Halo folder on your C drive you should see an icon called update launcher. Click that and it will update automatically to version 1.08.

Right click on the exe->click properties -> change the compatibility to XP.
If again you get the same error then you have to try a different driver.
