I have currently installed the Bitdefender on windows 7 but I could not access. google, gmail, the preview images of youtube videos, etc.

This is the "free" trial for windows 7 and valid for 1 year or 6 months

I have checked the host file in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc and it looks fine.
I have even the windows firewall but the problem still persists

Disable modules like antivirus, firewall to fix the issue.

Put the UI in advanced mode and disable modules like antvirus, firewall, etc. until it starts working.
Maybe you can solve the problem this way.
