I want to give Windows 7 a different look! The program icons on the Windows 7 by default on the left side. I want to center taskbar icons in windows 7. How to do this?

Create an empty folder in Documents folder, say STB. Then right click on the taskbar and unlock it. Again right click on it and select Toolbar > New toolbar. Select the empty folder STB.
Now rt click on the new toolbar and turn off Show Text and Show Title.
Center align the taskbar icons by dragging dotted separator near the taskbar icon and start orb towards rt of new toolbar separator and then Lock the taskbar.
You are done
