How to change the size of the scrollbar in all programs that

Is there any way to change the size of the scrollbar in all programs that use the scrollbar?

The default setting for scrollbar is –255 and you can change this value to increase the size of scrollbar.
Start->Run->Regedit
Navigate to the following key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Control panel -> Desktop -> WindowsMetrics->Edit the value
baldwin
