Can anyone know how to edit and change Windows 7 boot screen animation?

You can do this by using the free tool Windows 7 Boot Updater. This tool allows you to change the boot screen animation in Windows 7

It can be easily done with a registry hack and placement of the correct files.

Create registry key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background] "OEMBackground"=dword:00000001
Put image files in C:\Windows\System32\oobe\Info\Backgrounds that are the correct size:
