Does anyone know how to enable language bar in windows 7?

Click Start->Type CTFMON.exe, and press enter. Does the Language bar appear? If yes, then you have to add it to system startup
To add it to system startup

(1)Copy the below code into notepad

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"ctfmon"="CTFMON.EXE"

(2)Save it as language.reg and double click on the saved file to merge into registry Reboot to take effect:-

Steps to show the Taskbar Language Bar in Windows 7
(1)Start->settings->control panel->click on Region and Language icon-> click on the Change Keyboards
(2)You will see the Text Services and Input Languages window-> Click on the Language Bar tab ->select Docked on the taskbar ->OK
(3)Now you will be able to see your language bar on your taskbar
