Has anyone know how to enable Telnet in windows7?

Here are the steps to enable telnet in windows 7
(1)Start->Control Panel->Programs or Programs and Features->Click Turn Windows features on or off.
(2) In the Windows Features dialog box, click on Telnet Client check box->OK

Due to security reason this feature has been disabled in Windows 7.
