Here are the steps to install AGP Hotfix Drivers On Windows 7

1. Run the "9-10_agp-hotfix_vistaxx_dd_ccc.exe" and once it extracts all the files onto your hard drive, i.e. "C:\ATI" hit the "Cancel" button to stop the install.

2. Go to "Device Manager->Display Adapter Properties->Update Driver"

3. Go to "Browse My Computer->Let Me Pick From A List Of Drivers On My Computer"->click on Have Disk->click on browse button and search "CL_90196.INI" file in, i.e. "C:\ATI\Support\9-10_agp-hotfix_vistaxx_dd_ccc\Packages\Drivers\Display\LH_INF\CL_90196.ini"

4. Choose the model in the compatible hardware window and press "Next".

5. When it asks whether you want to install the driver or not press "Install" or "Yes".

6. You can verify the drivers installed by checking the "Display Adapter Properties" again and you will see it says the "Driver Date: 9/23/2009" and "Driver Version: 8.661.0.0".

7. After installing the driver you can go back to the first step and run "9-10_agp-hotfix_vistaxx_dd_ccc.exe" all the way through to install the Catalyst Control Center and everything else.

Hope this helps!
