Here are the steps
1. Start->Run->type CMD
2. Copy and Paste the following code and press enter
del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\*
3. Now Copy and Paste the following code and press enter
del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations\*
4. Restart the computer to fully apply.
