I don't want to click again and again to open many windows or applications in windows 7. I have heard there is a way to activate a Window by Hovering over It. Can anyone let me know?

Fortunately it can be done in windows 7
1. Click Start->type Ease->hit Enter to access Windows' Ease of Access Center.
2. Click the option "Make the mouse easier to use".
3. Check the box “Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse".
4. Click Save or Apply

I used this earlier and found it more of a distraction than a helper
