I also had the same problem, when graphics driver conflicted with the KIS. However I solved this issue by making this application trusted.

To solve this issue you have to boot your system in safe mode

1. Log out and restart your system.
2. When the system starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.
3. Select the option “Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking” from the menu.
4. log in as Administrator.
5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.
6. When you're finished doing what you have to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode.

Boot in safe mode to fix Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 BS

Postby clement » Fri Sep 04, 2009 5:51 am

You are getting BSOD due to failure of k11.sys. It may be caused by a conflict with the Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. First, boot up your system in Safe Mode by tapping F8 during boot-up. Once in Safe Mode, type msconfig into run,-->click on the Startup tab -->disable Kaspersky and any related items such as k11.sys. Restart and you will be able to boot up without any problem.
