MP3 corruption issues in windows 7 beta

I have just now installed windows 7, everything is ok except my MP3 files. All my MP3 files had been corrupted when I tried to configure Windows media player 12.

I also had the same issue and fixed the issue by installing this patch

Yes, you are right! New Windows Media Player 12 in Windows 7 may harm your MP3 files with no way to rectify them back. Windows Media Player 12 will automatically set this option on, if you choose Recommended settings during setup.
