I was wondering whether Nero 9 is compatible with windows 7 or not

Nero 9 has some compatibility issues with windows 7

Here are some methods to fix the Nero running on Windows 7:

1. Run the previous Nero version in Windows XP compatible mode

a. Right-click the exe or setup file -> choose Properties.
b. Under the Compatibility tab-> check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" ->and select Windows XP->OK-> run Nero as the Administrator again

2. If the earlier Nero version cannot run in Windows XP compatible mode, you can download the Nero 9 free version or Nero 9 trail version and install on Windows 7.

If you have a copy of windows xp, then copy windows\winhlp32.exe to windows 7 directory.

NERO 7 - VERSION 07.11.10.0 is the latest updated version and has no compatibility issues with windows 7. Simply download the file and install it. This version works, as it should with no issues on my windows 7 RC 32 bit.
