For programs that are not compatible with windows 7, you can run them in the new XP Mode environment that comes with Windows 7. You can also make use of the tools that Microsoft is launching to assist with these problems, such as Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (MED-V) that can help users upgrade to Windows 7 even if their programs are not yet compatible in the windows 7.
