I have 10GB of RAM so I do not want a 32-bit edition I would rather wait 64-bit edition.

Yes it is wastage of time, if this is not 64-bit version. The main reason for upgrading to Windows 7 for me is to have the 64-bit support for all the new hardware I have in my system. 32-bit version is a good option for those who are using no 64-bit system. I just hope the 64bit 7260 will be released shortly.
