You may try this:
(1)Click Start -->Run-->Regedit
(2)Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
In the right pane, click UpperFilters->edit ->delete
In the right pane, click LowerFilters->edit->delete
(3) Exit Registry Editor.
(4)Restart the computer
