Whenever I copy files, I notice every time that the progress bar goes and stops and goes, and when it says 5 seconds left, it stay like that for a few seconds. It stays stuck on 5 seconds for like 20 seconds sometimes longer. I've noticed this problem with Vista as well. Whenever I copy files in Windows XP, it just goes until it's completed.

Does anyone know why this does this in Windows Vista/7 or how to fix it.

I have been using Windows 7 for a few months and love it. But it still has a few kinks in it, I manged o fix some of them but right now, my main problem is the progress bar. On every computer I have used it on, I've noticed the same thing.
