Windows 7, windows XP , Windows vista triple boot

Windows 7, windows XP , Windows vista triple boot

Postby leroy » Mon Aug 31, 2009 5:48 pm

Currently I have a dual boot of windows xp and windows vista x64 on a 4gb drive. I have heard a lot about windows 7 and want to give it a try but I don't want to get rid of xp or Windows vista. How would I install windows 7 in a triple boot. Also would I be able to get all three to show up in the same boot menu? Thanks in advance for your help

Why install all three? Windows 7 is just an improved version of vista. I would prefer windows xp and windows 7.

VistaBootPro for triple boot

After installing all the three operating systems in any order, you can use VistaBootPro. It's real easy to edit the boot menu for all 3.

Use EasyBCD for triple boot

Postby mike25 » Fri Sep 11, 2009 1:47 pm

First Boot into Windows 7. After that add windows XP and Vista partitions by using EasyBCD. Click Add/Remove Entries, then select the OS and hit save. Not too tough. Post back if you need further help. Good luck.
